Hello peoples... I was recently browsing Facebook when I can across an ad from a site that uses AI to create music. According to their ad, you type in the theme and they can create a hit song in less than 60 seconds. Welp... Having been a musician and song writer for decade, I thought I'd give it a try, just to see how bad it was. Obviously, AI is not going to be able to create music better than a human, is what I was thinking. My wife makes Chinese food at our local farmers market, so I just typed in something like "Mickie makes friend rice and chow mein at the farmers market. Chose "Country" and "Heartfelt" for style and hit enter. That's it. No other input from me. This is what came out.
I was actually pretty amazed, but I am worried it will be another Milli Vanilli type thing where anyone can pretend to be a song writer/musician. I don't think they have handpan music, but who knows what's next.
