Global Handpan Sessions: How to Coordinate Online Play Across Time Zones
So my idea is to gather together online as in an audio conference and play handpan together. Having a microphone pointed at your handpan, having headphones that are not totally opaque audio-wise, and we agree upon a beat or a melody, and then we see how it goes.
We could create a group chat, whatever software works, and then we would just start. So it's not even like seeing each other necessarily, because obviously you are just looking at your handpan, but it's about just playing and not being required to go somewhere, but doing it at home whenever people have time.
I'm German, so I appreciate people around here for time zone reasons. So Germany, United Kingdom, Europe in general, but obviously we could as well find time together at other time zones. But I think this is the most feasible thing to have a gathering.
